The next Schürch (Sherk, Shirk, etc.) family reunion is scheduled to be be held at the Glendale Campus of Niagara College located in the scenic area of Niagara-On-The-Lake area of Ontario.

Plans are underway to join in the festivities of the area surrounding the War of 1812 ceremonies.

More information will be provided however as our American cousins cross the border from the United States to Canada they will have the opportunity to visit the Niagara Falls area as well as many other attractions that can be found between the border and St. Catherines, Ontario which include:

- Laura Secord Museum
- Port Colborne Historical Museum
- Fort George
- Fort Erie
- Marineland and Game Farm
- Sherkston Shores
- Niagara Parkway Battlefields and Cairns
- Winery Tours
- Zoo
- Walking and Biking Tours

Again next year we will be having our Meet and Greet on Friday 10 August 2012 at which time everyone can register for this event or to pick up their packages if they had registered in advance.  We will hold our traditional Family Auction on Saturday 11 August 2012 followed by the evening meal.  Sunday, 12 August 2012 will rap up the event with a possible church service.  We hope to provide some tours on both Friday and Saturday once the details can be worked out.
